JEUNE President, Mr Patrik Kovacs together with the Head of the Advisory Board, Mr Michele Orzan attended at the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC) 2017 held in Johannesburg, South Africa on March 13th – 16th. With more than 170 countries participating, GEC attracts thousands of entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, policymakers and other startup pioneers to identify new ways of helping founders start and scale new ventures around the world.

During the weeklong GEC, Mr Kovacs and Mr Orzan contacted with global leaders in person and expanded JEUNE network and membership with new, aspiring and ambitious future members. Furthermore, they were interviewed by local media about European Innovation and models that support young entrepreneurs in Europe.
