Jeune meeting was held in Seville, Spain, with the support of Entreps Spain. The fil rouge of the meeting was innovation and the role of start-ups in the European economic fabric. The debate took place on occasion of the visit organised at El Cubo – one of the most innovative enterprise accelerators that revived the 1992 Expo area of Seville. Along with the support of Telefonica and other institutional partners, El Cubo developed an enterprise support method based on protocols aimed at a fast scaling-up with excellent success rates.
Meeting the managers and visiting the businesses established at El Cubo provided Jeune board with interesting insights to take to their national institutions and areas. Moreover, it allowed Jeune members to hear about the experience of the Spanish young entrepreneurs, their projects and the development vision in their markets, with ideas that range from food to digital micropayments.
