JEUNE – Young Entrepreneurs of the European Union held its elections for the new mandate on 9 December 2025, in Brussels, during the meetings organised at the European Economic and Social Committee.

The gathering brought together representatives of young entrepreneurs’ organisations from across Europe and set the tone for a renewed stage of cooperation, ambition and stronger European engagement. The discussions highlighted the importance of keeping young entrepreneurs at the heart of Europe’s economic and social agenda, while ensuring that their voice is heard more clearly within the European institutional framework.

Following the electoral process, Daniel Urîtu was elected President of JEUNE for the 2025–2028 mandate. The new executive leadership team was then confirmed in accordance with the JEUNE Statute.

The new leadership team is composed of:
President: Daniel Urîtu
Secretary General: Alexandrina Robu
Treasurer: Dragoș–Florin Pufulete
Vice-Presidents: Michele Casadei, Gergely Lakatos and Aykut Balcıoğlu

“This mandate is about giving young entrepreneurs a stronger voice in Europe. JEUNE must become a platform for action, visibility and real opportunities — a place where ideas from across the continent are transformed into concrete initiatives for the future of entrepreneurship,” said Daniel Urîtu, President of JEUNE.

The newly elected leadership will officially begin its mandate on 1 January 2026.
The elections mark the beginning of a new chapter for JEUNE — one focused on visibility, unity and concrete action for young entrepreneurs across Europe.
