JEUNE is Joining the WEgate Community Council

In June 2020 JEUNE established a new cooperation, now within the European project “WEgate – We open doors for women entrepreneurs”, co-funded by the COSME programme –

JEUNE is joining the WEgate Community council to contribute with its vast experience in supporting young women entrepreneurs in Europe. The Council is the steering group of the WEgate Community, a European women entrepreneurship community of practice established by and relating to the WEgate Consortium, complementing and building upon past, current and planned initiatives in the women entrepreneurship area.

The WEgate Community council is joined by key stakeholders operating in different fields of women entrepreneurship support. The Council will increase the impact of the WEgate community by joining the key actors to co-create a refreshed, more dynamic and vibrant community of women entrepreneurs.

The objective of the WEgate Community council is to enhance women entrepreneurship in Europe by facilitating the networking and sharing of good practices among actors, intermediary stakeholders, in order to improve the support effectively delivered to women entrepreneurs, as well as to motivate more women to start their business or to support the development of their business across Europe.
